We also meet the team behind "Airbourne", one of Europe's biggest free seafront airshows, which attracts huge crowds along the two mile flying display line in Eastbourne.

And our theatre correspondent John Martin gives us his take on Secret Cinema's immersive showing of "Grease", and "Anne Boleyn: The Musical".
