Best known for their hits in the 90s, Adam's guests are Frank and Fast from Fun Lovin' Criminals, who have new music out and are coming our way on tour.

Adam also meets award-winning playwright Danusia Iwaszko, who has spent 15 years teaching playwriting in prisons. Her play Penned Up - think Porridge meets Brassed Off 鈥� is coming to Faversham & Tunbridge Wells.
