Kamilah McInnis is joined by Frank Mangna, who was nominated in this year's 蜜芽传媒 Make A Difference Awards. He's a personal trainer and life coach from the Isle of Wight who's on a mission to uplift and energise everyone.

Eddy Smythe reflects on the remarkable life of his father, John Henry Smythe - World War Two hero and one of Britain's first black barristers - who's been honoured with a blue plaque in Oxfordshire.

This week's "Your Virtual Flowers" go to Utulivu, a charity in Reading supporting women of colour. Kamilah also catches up with Grace Kimulu, who's back in the UK after leading a disability awareness day for children in Uganda.

And we head live to We Out Here in Dorset, where 蜜芽传媒 Radio Solent's Abigail Busenze Balagadde is soaking up the festival's energy and atmosphere.
