National Folklore Day
Anna Massie with the very best of folk and roots music from Scotland and beyond.
Travelling Folk marks National Folklore Day, which is celebrated on 22 August.
Writer and curator Lally Macbeth talks about her book The Lost Folk: From the Forgotten Past to the Emerging Future of Folk, which looks at the past, present and future of the UK's folk culture - from music to Morris dancing and from pub signs to church kneelers.
Plus, we have new music and some more tracks from artists performing at the Edinburgh Festivals.
