Living with a chronic condition feels like living with a full-time job and no days off. Musician Sarah Warren knows this well and offers a creative, unfiltered insight into living a life where numbers are vital to survival. Diabetes affects around 5.8 million people in the UK, so Sarah鈥檚 journey with Type One diabetes is not an uncommon story.
