Music, chat and Faithless' Sister Bliss

Mark and Stuart present a feast of music plus DJ, musician and co-founder of Faithless, Sister Bliss, shares her ‘First, Last and Everything’ and chats about the band's new music.

Mark and Stuart present a feast of great music and chat for weekend breakfast.

Today they talk to DJ, musician and producer Sister Bliss who shares her ‘First, Last and Everything’ - that’s her first record, the most recent one she's enjoyed and the record that means ‘everything’ to her. Sister Bliss formed dance band Faithless in the mid-1990's alongside Rollo Armstrong, Maxi Jazz and Jamie Catto. They had huge hit singles with tracks including 'Insomnia' and 'We Come 1', their second album 'Sunday 8PM' was nominated for a Mercury Music Prize and they played to millions around the world. Ahead of Faithless releasing their eighth studio album, Sister Bliss tells Mark and Stuart more about her career and the band's latest music.

Also on the show... long-running feature ‘The Chain’ which gives listeners the chance to pick a track that links in some way to the last. The list now contains over 8000 songs.

With a selection of music old and new to get the weekend started, including tracks from Radiohead, CMAT, Judee Sill, XTC, Falle Nioke, The Pastels, Lizzo, Alan Braxe and White Denim.
