鈥楻ound Midnight is presented by award-winning saxophonist Soweto Kinch. This weekday late-night show celebrates the thriving UK jazz scene and spotlights the best new music alongside incredible acts from past decades.
From Monday to Thursday this week, Soweto welcomes Portuguese London based singer-songwriter and producer Raquel Martins as his Flowers guest. Since moving to London in 2017 at the age of 17, Raquel has brought her unique mix of latin-infused alternative soul to the city. As well as being a formidable solo artist, she has performed and toured with artists including Mabel, Poppy Ajudha, and Loyle Carner.
To begin her week on the show, Raquel chooses to celebrate a totemic Brazilian singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist.
Plus there鈥檚 also music from Mansur Brown, Ineza, and Rebecca Vasmant.
