Poet Nikita Gill's newest novel in verse, Hekate, retells the myth of the titular Greek goddess. She tells Len about the lesser-known deity, writing a novel in verse and being labelled an 'Instapoet'.

Writer and broadcaster Natalie Haynes also has a new novel that retells an ancient myth, that of Hekate's high priestess Medea. She tells Len all about her latest release, titled No Friend to This House.

And to mark 20 years since the publication of Rick Riordan鈥檚 hit children鈥檚 novel The Lightning Thief, in which a 12-year-old boy named Percy Jackson discovers he is the son of the Greek god Poseidon, a musical of the same name is coming to Scotland as part of a UK-wide tour this month. Lizzi Gee, director and choreographer of The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical, tells Len about bringing ancient myths to the stage ahead of the production's Scottish dates.
