Delicious dishes from around the world, featuring Ching-He Huang, Niklas Ekstedt, Poppy O’Toole and Jeremy Lee. Also, Rick Stein and the Hairy Bikers head out across the UK.
Ching-He Huang prepares stir-fried chicken in a sticky, sweet and spicy pineapple sauce, all served on a bed of crispy guo bao rice. Niklas Ekstedt celebrates the best of autumnal produce with roasted Jerusalem artichokes, toasted corn and butter girolles, brought together by brown butter, hazelnuts and lovage.
Poppy O’Toole whips up her fiery Mexican-inspired turkey birria tacos, while Carmen O’Neal has four beer cocktails to make the perfect pairing. Jeremy Lee prepares a roast leg of pork with onions and sage, and Alexander Armstrong tucks into either his food heaven or food hell.
Meanwhile, Rick Stein transforms a humble fish stew into something spectacular, and the Hairy Bikers get fired up with a lesson in forging kitchen knives.
