American singer-songwriter Ashley Monroe is in conversation, sharing the themes behind her sixth solo studio album, Tennessee Lightning, following her recent cancer recovery. Plus music by some of the many artists that Ashley has collaborated or written with, including Miranda Lambert, Angaleena Presley, Jack White, Wanda Jackson, Marty Stuart and Blake Shelton.

Ashley also shares some her favourite country records of all time and describes singing on a Waylon Jennings recording that was recently discovered in the archive by his son.
