Katarina Johnson-Thompson begins the defence of her world title as the women鈥檚 heptathlon gets under way with the 100m hurdles. It鈥檚 a busy day for the Olympic silver medallist, with the high jump, shot put and 200 metres all taking place in the single evening session out in Tokyo.
