In a pivotal meeting, they reassert their goal to win, setting the stage for their home Grand Prix. There, in a thrilling race, they fight for a spot in their first ever final. Eric's brilliant manoeuvre overtakes France, seemingly clinching victory. But in a final twist, France catches a perfect bit of wind and steals the qualifying spot.
Though they miss the final, the team finds a deeper meaning; they realise that the end result is not the most important thing, and that it's vital to enjoy the ride. A new perspective emerges for Eric; he now takes pleasure from the journey, a testament to a team that has redefined success on its own terms
