Sounds Like Cornwall

Chris Trevena shares his home-grown archive of Cornwall's musical heritage, where thousands of recordings capture a rich musical heritage and the deeply personal histories within.

Chris Trevena opens the door to his home-grown archive in Camborne, Cornwall, where thousands of vinyl, fragile reel-to-reel and stacks of minidiscs, tapes and CDs capture a rich musical heritage and the deeply personal histories within. Chris is a dedicated DIY audio archivist whose work broadens the scope of Cornish music and tenderly preserves both the iconic, and lesser-heard voices, of his home county, for generations to come.
