The War Detectives
Missing for over 100 years - using archaeology and specialist research the war detectives track down the living relatives of two fallen soldiers killed in action during World War One.
Missing for over 100 years - the human remains of two Scottish soldiers, killed in 1915 during the Battle of Loos in northern France, are uncovered by construction workers.
The bodies lie missing for over a century until the war detectives, using archaeology and specialist research, track down the living relatives of 23-year-old Lance Corporal Gordon McPherson and 20-year-old Lieutenant James Allan.
Finally, the names of these two young soldiers will be engraved on headstones as they are laid to rest, alongside thousands of others, with full military honours.
