Gurriers chat with Steve and new music from Arxx

Dan from Gurriers chats with Steve and we have brand new music from Arxx, Ciel, and Y. Plus, and St Etienne talk us through their single Nothing Can Stop us in What's The Story.

Dan from Gurriers chats with Steve in support of their new single Erasure which is the first new music from Gurriers since the release of their debut album, Come and See, in September 2024.

Speaking on the new track ‘Erasure’, vocalist Dan Hoff says: “Sonically we wanted to further explore the influence of dance and electronic music on the band while still making sure it was true to us. We’re also obviously huge fans of The Strokes, LCD Soundsystem, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and basically all of the early 2000’s NYC bands who sounded gritty and grimey but always had a sexy rhythm.”

So far this year Gurriers have completed two sold-out tours across the UK, Ireland and much of Europe, including a night at London’s Scala and supporting Kneecap at Wembley. They also played a string of festivals over the summer and are currently on tour. They chat with Steve in the final hour of the programme. Alongside this, Steve has brand new music from Arxx and St Etienne talk us through their single Nothing Can Stop us in What's The Story.
