Featuring the stories of David, a deaf runner living with Usher syndrome, Elvis and Sophia, who share an intimate conversation about their struggles with mental health and PTSD, and artist and art psychotherapist Rubbena, who shares how creativity and art therapy have been vital to her healing journey.
