Presenter Marios Costi is joined in the studio by Sarah Adedeji, a deaf audiologist, dancer and mental health advocate. Together, they explore mental wellbeing within the deaf community, highlighting personal stories and creative approaches to support and healing.

Featuring the stories of David, a deaf runner living with Usher syndrome, Elvis and Sophia, who share an intimate conversation about their struggles with mental health and PTSD, and artist and art psychotherapist Rubbena, who shares how creativity and art therapy have been vital to her healing journey.
