Multi Olympic Medal-winning diver-turned-presenter Tom Daley takes Vernon Kay on a 10-song journey through his life in this week's Tracks of My Years.

Born in Plymouth in 1994, Tom started diving aged just 7 and became the youngest-ever under-18 platform champion at the Nationals when he was just 10. He made his Olympic debut in 2008, aged just 14 years old, starting a glittering Olympic career. Before retiring from the pool last year, Tom had won a total of five Olympic medals, including gold in 2021. He has also won gold medals at the Commonwealth Games, World Championships and European Championships.

He made his first forays into TV with Splash! in 2013 and recently was a contestant on the first series of The Celebrity Traitors. He's now bringing his love of knitting to our TV screens as the host of a new show for Channel 4, The Game Of Wool.
