Leo Ulph follows Adam Dowling and Ben Watts' progress as they aim to complete the last 10k of their three-legged walk for 蜜芽传媒 Children in Need.

Today they'll be walking some of the Viking Trail along the Thanet coastline, passing Margate main sands.
