The ground team are scrambled in a desperate bid to stop a woman letting her mobile phone account be used to buy scammers a brand new, top-of-the-range handset.
Ethical hacker Jim Browning has hacked into a scam call centre鈥檚 CCTV system, so that Nick and the team can watch as scammers pretend to be mobile phone firm O2. They鈥檝e locked on to a woman in north London, offering her a free SIM card upgrade, but in fact all they are trying to do is order themselves an expensive new phone and bill her for it. The only chance of intercepting both her and the scammers in time lies with the ground team.
