Rav, Nick and the team take on the most patronising and manipulative scammer they have ever come across as he seeks to convince a woman in Essex to hand over enough personal information for him to get into her bank account.
The scammer is pretending to be from broadband company Sky, wanting to help with her internet signal. But in reality, he is just a crook. The problem is: the interceptors can not get the woman on the phone, and the ground team are miles away from her.
