The second episode follows how Finland, a neighbour of the Soviet Union, becomes a hotbed of active intelligence operations. In addition to Soviet agents, NATO and CIA intelligence officers roam the forests and mountains. Norway seeks security from NATO, while Sweden turns to its nuclear weapons plans.
