'There's gold in them thar hills!'. Dennis and Lee (Bravo Two Charlies) are now useless private detectives. This week, a gold panner has gone missing, and they have no idea what to do.
Abergele's glittering secret has been revealed: gold. The disappearance of local gold panner Dan, who has a tidy sideline supplying the precious metal to Abergele's dentist means another adventure for Dennis and Lee - the trusty duo from Radio Wales's hit sitcom, Bravo Two Charlies - who have ditched their squad cars and gone private, opening Abergele Investigations.
The mean streets and dark alleyways of Abergele (and anywhere within an hour or so drive of Abergele) will have the bright light of justice shone on them, for a nominal fee. But, fear not criminals of Conwy, Denbighshire and the closer parts of Gwynedd - our heroes mean well but are broadly useless. Thank goodness for Bronwen whose local knowledge makes her a powerful sleuthing ally.
