Meanwhile, Shahbaz is on the banks of the River Deveron in Aberdeenshire as the salmon return to their spawning grounds. Leanna is in the ancient oak woods of Drumoak, where she discovers why there is such a bumper crop of acorns this year and how they are helping grow the next generation of trees.
Rosie is in Aberdeenshire to help harvest Scottish apples destined to become champagne-style cider, and Arlene goes on a subterranean fungi foray in a disused bunker in Edinburgh.
