Iraq is in meltdown: there's anger on the streets, directed at perceived rampant corruption, shambolic public services and the disintegration of the country's oil-dependent economy. All this while the government is trying to quell the insurgency from so-called Islamic State. We ask Hussein al-Shahristani if he is one of the old guard responsible for this mess.
