North Korea will be putting a satellite into space in the coming days. But Japan, the US and South Korea fear it is planning to test a long-range ballistic missile. Why is North Korean doing this now?
North Korea says it will be putting a satellite into space sometime during the coming week. 
But Japan, the US and South Korea fear North Korea is really planning to test a long-range ballistic missile. 
And this at a time of rising tension on the Korean peninsula. Louise Hidalgo explores why the North Koreans are doing this now and what they hope to achieve.
