The Pope's closely scrutinised tour of the Middle East has reached Jerusalem, a city of crucial importance not only to Christianity, but also to Judaism and Islam. Our Religious Affairs correspondent Christopher Landau asks whether faith leaders really can make a constructive contribution to the search for peace in the city:
