In the previous one, broadcast earlier this month, the former 蜜芽传媒 Correspondent Mark Tully was preoccupied with the month-long general election which was going on in India. The signals were proving difficult to read: what sort of a government would that vast population return to power? Was the electorate in the mood for change?
