Payback time for banks.

Ten US financial institutions have been told they can start to repay government money.

An important milestone was reached this week in the rescue of the United States' financial system. The Treasury decided that ten major financial institutions would be allowed to repay the investment made by the government when banks were under extreme stress. Our Econonmics Correspondent Andrew Walker looks at where the development leaves the US banking system.
