Mayo Marriot is unable to move his arms or hands due to paralysis (sever motor disability). To access a computer and the internet he uses the voice recognition software, Dragon Naturally Speaking. In this video, Mayo shows how he uses Dragon Naturally Speaking to navigate and use his favourite websites.
