JVS and his team fight for your rights and tackle your consumer problems.

Coming up on the show today:

Tina spent nearly £300 on a brand new flashy mobile phone…sounds lovely, but it didn’t last long. Sat in the garden last week the touch screen suddenly went white and stopped working. The company say she must have let it rattle around her handbag and that’s why it’s damaged but Tina says she doesn’t even have a handbag; she’s not the type apparently. Tim’s in touch with the company, but will they make the right call?

Plus what about Denise? Her hallway is so small and her mobility scooter so large that it stops her from closing the bathroom door when she uses the downstairs loo. She has a colostomy bag and has to change it up to 8 times a day. She finds the whole experience degrading and wants the council to knock through a wall so she can keep her scooter outside. They say there’s no money for the work, but the Royal British Legion think they might have the answer.

And then in the phone-in from 1pm, "Depressed of Delirious...how do you feel about the start of the World Cup?
