Rolf Harris attempts to re-create some of Toulouse-Lautrec's most famous paintings, offering his own version of a modern-day Moulin Rouge and, with the help of some illustration students, designing a lithographic poster based on the artist's most famous poster of all, the man with the red scarf - Aristide Bruant. Plus Rolf learns about the genetic disease that was the cause of Toulouse-Lautrec's health problems.
