The West Kent Primary Care Trust, which looks after the hospitals in Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells and Dartford, wants us to stop smoking and lose weight before we get the operation we need.
That's according to a letter leaked to the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ in which the Trust's Medical Director suggests it would save £10m. Our Business Correspondent Mark Norman brings us the details.
