Somerset County Council care cuts and Wincanton Health Centre
Some elderly and disabled people will no longer get care from the county council.
A Somerset Charity that was to see a 75 per cent cut in funding from West Somerset District Council could keep all its grant.
Work begins today on a 拢2m overhaul of the Wincanton Health Centre.
