School crossing patrols, the Explore card and seven recycling centres all face the axe as Suffolk County Council looks to save £42 million.
Suffolk County Council has voted through its budget. It means an end to the Explore card, seven recycling centres and school crossing patrols. We hear from a school patrol officer devastated at the decision and angry parents.
