Rolf Harris launches an attempt to create a giant version of the most famous painting in the world - the Mona Lisa - in just one day in Edinburgh. Celebrities, artists and local people get involved, each painting one of 120 canvases that will be assembled in the Mound Precinct.Anneka Rice leads a group of artists in Arezzo, Italy, an area thought to be the inspiration for much of the background of the portrait. Their canvases are flown to Edinburgh to arrive by helicopter during the programme. The event also includes a range of activities that reflect Leonardo da Vinci's passions, such as engineering, anatomy and flight.
