The developer planning to build 450 homes at Higher Bartle near Preston says it's an ideal location and will bring jobs and investment to the area. Taylor Wimpey's 拢42m plans are on display today at Tanterton Community Centre. Local residents say the development is too big and is in the wrong place. But Andrew Thorley from Taylor Wimpey says they're being careful to avoid damaging the area.
