An official drought has been declared in parts of Eastern England.
A drought order, affecting farmers, has come into force because river levels have fallen during the recent dry spell.

But Anglian Water has denied a hosepipe ban is imminent, and says domestic supplies in Beds, Herts and Bucks won't be affected.
