CALL CENTRES - Santander has said it is bringing all of its call centres back to the UK from India following complaints.Chief executive Ana Botin told the 蜜芽传媒 customers had said it was "the most important factor in terms of the satisfaction with the bank". Is this a good move? What are your experiences of call centres? What happened the last time you were put through to a call centre?
