CALL CENTRES - Santander has said it is bringing all of its call centres back to the UK from India following complaints.Chief executive Ana Botin told the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ customers had said it was "the most important factor in terms of the satisfaction with the bank". Is this a good move? What are your experiences of call centres? What happened the last time you were put through to a call centre?
2. BOO-HOO - Lots of pictures in the papers today of the Harry Potter cast at the world premier of the final ever Potter film; several members of the cast are in tears, along with JK Rowling. When was the last time you cried? What/who makes you blub?
