Writer and Broadcaster Tom Morton has managed to forge a successful creative career from his base in Shetland. Best known for his weekday 蜜芽传媒 Radio Scotland show broadcast live from Lerwick, he has also written seven books, presented television programmes and is himself a performing musician.

The film spends a day with Tom as he travels to work through spectacular scenery, and returns home to an idyllic location and peaceful end to the day.
