Tom Parker Bowles talks about his new book which includes a roast chicken recipe from his mother who is of course, the Duchess of Cornwall.

Tom's new book is about comfort food and doesn't include any recipes for water beetles something Tom has eaten in the past!

Tom reveals that his mother Camilla the Duchess of Cornwall is a very good cook and specialises in traditional British food.

He also recommends Shepherds Pie with a touch of chilli.
