Costing a package holiday
The presenter walks into a travel agency and pays £300 for a package holiday. He then explores where the £300 goes. The travel agent receives £30 and £100 goes to the airline, who in turn have lots of costs to cover. The money the hotel receives is also examined. Students may be shocked to learn only £23 per person is spent by the hotel for their week's food. A pie chart is used at the end to display the information.
