Cook the Perfect...Tiramisu with Russell Norman
Russell Norman based his restaurant Polpo on the 'bacari' of Venice, frequented by the locals but generally avoided by tourists. Here, professors rub shoulders with market traders, enjoying Venetian snacks with a glass of local wine. Polpo became an instant success, and Norman has since opened two more Polpo restaurants.
He came into the Woman's Hour studio to demonstrate how to make the perfect tiramisu, using the recipe featured in his new book 'Polpo: A Venetian Cookbook (of sorts)', published by Bloomsbury. (Photo: Jenny Zarins).
