Mike Bushell goes to Llanwrtyd Wells in mid Wales to check out the start of The World Alternative Games 2012.

Mike especially gets involved in backwards running something many sportspeople such as boxers have used in training in the past.

The World Alternative Games have started and go on until Sunday 2nd September 2012
