A chance encounter which turned James into a Paralympic Swimmer
James O'Shea will race in the Paralympics after a chance meeting on a TV show with swimmer Mark Foster.
James and Mark were both contestants on the show Dancing on Wheels and Mark encouraged James to take up competitive swimming.
Thet were also here to talk about the launch of a new film Sport Doesn't Care Who You Are, which is designed to encourage people to get more involved.
You can watch James in the 100 metres breaststroke at the Paralympic Games on 5th September.
