Conflict in Sri Lanka ended a few years ago, but many people are still feeling the effects. Frances Harrison meets a woman in Dublin who witnessed the deaths of her neighbours.
After 1944, Stalin sent the Crimean Tartars into exile. Thousands were sent to what is now Uzbekistan. In recent decades many have now returned to Crimea. Robin Banerji explores how easy it is for returnees to build a new life and revive a culture.
