Naill gets a hair cut

In 2011 Belfast City Council elected its youngest ever Lord Mayor, Sinn Fein's Niall O Donnghaile. Cameras followed the ups and downs of Niall's tenure, from the highs of hosting the MTV European Music Awards to even going to The Falls Road to get a hair cut from his regular barber.
