SEN Skills for Life - Dealing with feelings
An autistic teenage girl introduces the theme. She asks several young people with learning difficulties what makes them angry. In vox-pop style they explain and say what they do when they feel like that. Three of them each recount an incident that happened to them, and we see a reconstruction of each incident with a voiceover narration. The presenter concludes that talking can help when trying to deal with situations that cause difficult feelings.
