We meet people who work at TLT, a local television station in Toulouse, and some young people who talk about their TV watching habits. We meet a producer from TLT who talks about his job, his studies and his past experiences. A group of young people are asked what their favourite programme is, whether or not they think the TV is indispensable and how much their parents control what they watch.
