Andrew Manze conducts the 蜜芽传媒 Scottish Symphony Orchestra in music from 20th century North America, inspired by the image of dancing cowboys. This piece uses the full orchestra, including a piano, and lots of percussion instruments including bass drum, cymbals and tambourine.
