Satellite motion
Inside an orbiting satellite, objects are seen to float. The free fall condition of the satellite and its occupants causes this appearance. All are falling towards the Earth with the same acceleration and therefore appear weightless, as they do not move relative to each other. A satellite in orbit is accelerating.
